Ca/Zn Stabilizer for SPC -TS-83
Description
Ca/Zn Stabilizer for SPC – TS-83
PHR: 4.5–6.0 | Normal grade | Optional toughened formulation
Product Description
TS-83 is a Calcium/Zinc heat stabilizer specially developed for SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) applications, where very high CaCO₃ content, high shear force, and dense structures place extreme demands on thermal stability and mechanical balance.
SPC formulations are unforgiving. The polymer fraction is low, mineral content is high, and processing windows are narrow. TS-83 is designed to protect the PVC matrix under intense mechanical stress, stabilize fusion behavior, and maintain consistent processing performance even at high filler ratios.
To meet different product requirements, TS-83 can be customized with a toughened function, improving impact resistance, flexural strength, and dimensional durability—especially valuable for flooring cores and rigid SPC panels subjected to load and long-term use.
TS-83 doesn’t soften SPC.
It reinforces its discipline.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized for SPC formulations
Stable performance with very high CaCO₃ loading.Strong thermal stabilization
Protects PVC during high-torque, high-pressure processing.Optional toughened function
Enhances impact strength and structural durability.Controlled fusion behavior
Prevents scorching, melt fracture, and brittle flow.Low plate-out tendency
Maintains die cleanliness during continuous SPC production.Compatible with common SPC additives
Works well with lubricants, processing aids, and impact modifiers.Lead-free & eco-compliant
Suitable for flooring and interior construction markets.
Typical Applications
SPC flooring core layers
SPC rigid boards
SPC wall panels
SPC decorative panels
High-density mineral-filled PVC sheets
Toughened SPC structural components
Recommended Dosage
PHR: 4.5 – 6.0
(Exact dosage depends on CaCO₃ loading level, particle size, extrusion or calendering conditions, and whether toughening is applied.)

Why Choose TS-83?
Because SPC doesn’t bend — it breaks if chemistry isn’t right.
TS-83 stabilizes the PVC backbone when stone dominates the formulation. It keeps fusion disciplined, torque manageable, and output consistent. And when your product needs more toughness, TS-83 evolves with it.
Standard when cost matters.
Toughened when durability matters.
Stable when nothing else can fail.
Features of OUR Ca/Zn Stabilizers
These stabilizers carry a quiet brilliance in their chemistry — qualities that make PVC behave not just well, but beautifully. Their strengths unfold like a list of promises:
• Excellent heat stability
They stand firm in the furnace of processing, guarding PVC against the harsh bite of thermal decay. Even under long residence times and high-output conditions, they keep the melt calm, steady, and true.
• Excellent processing
A formulation that flows like a well-rehearsed story — smooth, predictable, effortless. Machines run cleaner, extrusion runs longer, and operators breathe easier.
• High output rates
These stabilizers encourage speed. They let production lines surge forward, pushing greater volumes without sacrificing stability, gloss, or dimensional accuracy.
• Excellent plate-out properties
They keep the metal clean — die lips, barrels, calibrators — all free from waxy buildup. No residue, no streaks, no interruptions. Just pure, disciplined processing.
• Excellent dimensional stability
Pipes and fittings emerge with the confidence of perfect geometry. Sizes remain loyal to standards, resisting distortion, warpage, or shrinkage.
• Excellent surface finish
A stabilizer that leaves behind a sheen — a smooth, glasslike finish that speaks of controlled melt flow and refined lubrication balance.
