Product Description
TS-81L is a normal-grade Calcium/Zinc stabilizer developed for low-density PVC foamed sheets and boards (LDF)as well as foamed WPC products used in advertising, bathroom, and furniture applications.
Unlike heavy structural boards, LDF panels demand lighter melt strength, finer foam cells, and smoother visible surfaces. TS-81L is formulated to support uniform cell expansion, stable thermal protection, and clean surface appearance without collapsing the foam or over-hardening the melt.
This grade performs especially well in boards that are printed, laminated, or directly exposed, where surface consistency and processing stability are more important than extreme whiteness or high filler tolerance.
