Description

EXTRUTEX C-PVC Compound for Board & Sheet

Grade: TG-B40 Series — High Grade | Powder | Custom Color

Product Description

EXTRUTEX TG-B40 Series is a high-grade C-PVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) compound specially developed for the extrusion and production of thick C-PVC boards and sheets with thicknesses from 20 mm to 40 mm.

Supplied in powder form, TG-B40 Series is available in custom colors according to customer requirements. Its high-grade formulation is designed to provide high Vicat softening performance, excellent dimensional stability, high rigidity, and excellent processing characteristics for demanding thick-board applications.

The formulation provides stable fusion and melt behavior during extrusion, helping manufacturers achieve consistent thickness, flatness, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy even with thicker board sections. Its high rigidity and dimensional stability make TG-B40 Series particularly suitable for industrial boards and fabricated components where structural performance and resistance to deformation are important.

Features of OUR Ca/Zn Stabilizers

These stabilizers carry a quiet brilliance in their chemistry — qualities that make PVC behave not just well, but beautifully. Their strengths unfold like a list of promises:

• Excellent heat stability

They stand firm in the furnace of processing, guarding PVC against the harsh bite of thermal decay. Even under long residence times and high-output conditions, they keep the melt calm, steady, and true.

• Excellent processing

A formulation that flows like a well-rehearsed story — smooth, predictable, effortless. Machines run cleaner, extrusion runs longer, and operators breathe easier.

• High output rates

These stabilizers encourage speed. They let production lines surge forward, pushing greater volumes without sacrificing stability, gloss, or dimensional accuracy.

• Excellent plate-out properties

They keep the metal clean — die lips, barrels, calibrators — all free from waxy buildup. No residue, no streaks, no interruptions. Just pure, disciplined processing.

• Excellent dimensional stability

Pipes and fittings emerge with the confidence of perfect geometry. Sizes remain loyal to standards, resisting distortion, warpage, or shrinkage.

• Excellent surface finish

A stabilizer that leaves behind a sheen — a smooth, glasslike finish that speaks of controlled melt flow and refined lubrication balance.
