Product Description

EXTRUTEX® TS-CU-1002M is a premium calcium-zinc (Ca/Zn) heat stabilizer specially developed for high-performance PVC wire and cable compounds rated from 90°C to 106°C.

This lead-free powder stabilizer is designed for PVC insulation and sheathing used in GB 90°C (HI) and UL 90°C–105°C cable applications. It delivers excellent long-term thermal stability, superior electrical insulation, high initial color, and exceptional processing consistency during extrusion.

With a recommended dosage of 4–6 PHR, TS-CU-1002M helps manufacturers produce environmentally friendly cable compounds that meet stringent international standards while maintaining excellent mechanical and dielectric properties.
