Product Description
EXTRUTEX® TS-CT-201M is a premium calcium-zinc (Ca/Zn) heat stabilizer specially developed for transparent PVC wire and cable compounds. This advanced lead-free powder stabilizer is formulated to maintain exceptional transparency while effectively preventing aerugo (green discoloration caused by copper migration and copper chloride formation) in copper conductor cables.
Designed for crystal-clear cable insulation and transparent flexible cord applications, TS-CT-201M provides excellent thermal stability, superior transparency retention, outstanding compatibility with PVC resins and plasticizers, and enhanced protection against copper-induced discoloration during processing and long-term service life.
With a low recommended dosage of only 1–2 PHR, TS-CT-201M offers efficient stabilization without affecting transparency, making it an ideal solution for transparent cable insulation, decorative lighting cables, consumer electronics cords, and specialty clear PVC cable applications.
