Product Description
TS-CG-707L is a Calcium/Zinc heat stabilizer engineered for flexible PVC wire and cable insulation and sheathing, designed to meet GB standard 70°C–90°C service temperature requirements.
Cable compounds are a balancing act: high plasticizer content for flexibility, fillers for cost and performance, and strict demands on electrical insulation, thermal aging, and mechanical durability. During processing, the compound faces high shear, elevated temperatures, and continuous extrusion stress. In service, it must endure long-term thermal load and repeated bending without losing integrity.
TS-CG-707L delivers a stable and controlled stabilization system, protecting the PVC matrix against thermal degradation while preserving dielectric properties, flexibility retention, and long-term aging resistance.
