Description

EXTRUTEX C-PVC Compound for Board & Sheet

Grade: TG-B20 Series — Normal Grade | Powder | Custom Color

Product Description

EXTRUTEX TG-B20 Series is a normal-grade C-PVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) compound specially developed for the extrusion and production of C-PVC boards and sheets with thicknesses from 5 mm to 20 mm.

The compound is supplied in powder form and can be produced in custom colors according to customer requirements. Its formulation provides a balanced combination of good Vicat softening performance, dimensional stability, rigidity, and processing characteristics, making it suitable for continuous board and sheet extrusion.

TG-B20 Series is designed to provide stable melt behavior and good fusion during processing, helping manufacturers achieve consistent thickness, flatness, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy. Its good rigidity makes the finished sheets suitable for applications requiring structural stability and resistance to deformation.

Store the compound in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Protect from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Keep the packaging sealed until the material is ready for processing.

For large-volume production, custom formulation, color matching, packaging, and processing optimization can be discussed with EXTRUTEX.

Features of OUR Ca/Zn Stabilizers

These stabilizers carry a quiet brilliance in their chemistry — qualities that make PVC behave not just well, but beautifully. Their strengths unfold like a list of promises:

• Excellent heat stability

They stand firm in the furnace of processing, guarding PVC against the harsh bite of thermal decay. Even under long residence times and high-output conditions, they keep the melt calm, steady, and true.

• Excellent processing

A formulation that flows like a well-rehearsed story — smooth, predictable, effortless. Machines run cleaner, extrusion runs longer, and operators breathe easier.

• High output rates

These stabilizers encourage speed. They let production lines surge forward, pushing greater volumes without sacrificing stability, gloss, or dimensional accuracy.

• Excellent plate-out properties

They keep the metal clean — die lips, barrels, calibrators — all free from waxy buildup. No residue, no streaks, no interruptions. Just pure, disciplined processing.

• Excellent dimensional stability

Pipes and fittings emerge with the confidence of perfect geometry. Sizes remain loyal to standards, resisting distortion, warpage, or shrinkage.

• Excellent surface finish

A stabilizer that leaves behind a sheen — a smooth, glasslike finish that speaks of controlled melt flow and refined lubrication balance.
