Product Description

EXTRUTEX® TS-CU-1003H is a high-performance calcium-zinc (Ca/Zn) heat stabilizer specifically engineered for premium PVC wire and cable compounds rated from 90°C to 106°C.

This lead-free powder stabilizer is designed for PVC insulation and sheathing used in GB 90°C (HI) and UL 90°C–105°C cable applications. It provides exceptional long-term thermal stability, excellent initial color, superior electrical insulation, and highly consistent processing performance during extrusion.

With a recommended dosage of 4–6 PHR, TS-CU-1003H enables manufacturers to produce environmentally compliant wire and cable compounds with outstanding heat aging resistance, mechanical durability, and dielectric properties.
